How to order:
1. Choose size and color option (Color or B&W).
2. Upload your high-resolution photo (recommend 2000 px on the shortest side; JPG, PNG preferred).
3. Enter any crop or placement notes (centered, portrait/landscape, include full body, crop to face, etc.).
4. We will send a digital proof within 24–48 hours for your approval.
5. After you approve, we’ll produce and ship your finished lithophane.
Photo requirements & tips:
- High-resolution, well-lit photos work best (minimal blur and noise).
- Close-ups with clear facial detail produce the most striking lithophanes.
- Avoid heavy filters or extreme over/underexposure.
- If you’re unsure, upload multiple images and we’ll advise which will look best.
Turnaround & shipping:
- Proof sent: 24–48 hours after order
- Production time after approval: typically 3–7 business days (may vary during peak seasons)
- Shipping options available at checkout (local pickup may be possible — message for arrangements)
Care & usage:
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
- LED light is low-heat; recommended to unplug if unused for long periods.
- Keep away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods to preserve color (for color prints).
